Fast Break for Small Business

Fast Break for Small Business' mission is to support small businesses in underserved and underrepresented communities, while shining a light on the inequities and challenges those businesses face. Applications for the $10,000 grants and up to $500 in LegalZoom services are open twice a year.

Black Founder Startup Grant

SoGal Foundation has teamed up with Winky Lux, bluemercury, twelveNYC, Twilio,’s Center for Racial Equity and other sponsors to make a small step towards progress by providing several $10K and $5K cash grants to Black women or nonbinary entrepreneurs.

I Fund Women Grants

I Fund Women’s Grants is an organization that pairs women-owned businesses with grant opportunities that they may be qualified for.

The Amber Grant

The Amber Grant for Women is an organization that awards $10,000 to a women entrepreneur each month. The foundation looks for women with passion and a good story. Applications are due by the 31st of each month and winners are announced on the 23rd of the following month.

We Back Black Businesses

From 2020 through 2023, the Coalition to Back Black Businesses will distribute $5,000 grants to applicants each fall, followed by mentorship and training, and select few will receive $25,000 enhancement grants the following summer.

Small BIPOC Business Marketing Grants

This an ongoing two-part grant that offers BIPOC business owners the chance to win SEO support and $100 micro grants each month.

The Soft Bank Opportunity Fund

The SB Opportunity Fund is a funding opportunity for Black, Latinx or Native American-founded tech companies based in the U.S. Funding amounts vary and in order to learn more you'll need to submit a pitch.

Talent X Opportunity

Talent x Opportunity University is a 6-month long accelerator program to provide cultural creators with access to a new system of funding, training, mentorship, and community that will position them to build durable, and successful companies around their cultural innovations.

Tribal Economic Diversity Fund

The Tribal Economic Diversity Fund makes awards to business enterprises owned by a federally recognized Indian tribe or businesses owned by an enrolled member(s) of a federally recognized Indian tribe in RDC service area for critical technical services and equipment. Awards are made on a competitive basis and are intended to provide services to tribal business entities that allow the company to diversify revenue, leverage other investments, create new jobs and/or put systems in place that lead to growth.
