She holds degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology and Western Oregon University and was honored with NTID’s 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award.

Rosavetta Jackson is a seasoned program manager and operational leader with over 12 years of experience in sales operations, account management, and regional leadership. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Rosavetta has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive results, streamline processes, and lead high-performing teams toward achieving organizational goals.

Rosavetta began her career at Purple Communications, where she started in account management and played a key role during the company’s merger with ZP Communications. This experience led to her promotion as Regional Director for the Southeast Region, including the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), where she managed operations, drove regional growth, and optimized client services.

Currently, as a Program Manager at Social Venture Fund, Rosavetta is responsible for managing and implementing several high-impact programs. She designs and refines operating systems to support the fund’s mission of creating sustainable social impact. A key aspect of her work involves building scalable, efficient processes that align resources to achieve strategic objectives. Rosavetta's leadership ensures that projects are executed seamlessly, driving growth and maximizing program outcomes.

As an entrepreneur, Rosavetta is passionate about supporting the Deaf and Hard of hearing community. She organizes monthly gatherings for aspiring entrepreneurs, providing a platform for collaboration, resource-sharing, and mentorship. Her dedication to empowering fellow business owners is a key driver of her personal and professional journey.

Outside of her professional commitments, Rosavetta enjoys traveling to explore new cultures, discovering diverse cuisines, and spending quality time with her three beloved fur babies.

Heath Huggins serves as the Senior Director of Finance at CSD SVF. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional, Heath has built a strong educational foundation, holding multiple advanced degrees: a Master of Financial Technology and Analytics from Wake Forest University, an MBA from Appalachian State University, a Master of Accountancy from Gardner-Webb University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University.

Heath brings a wealth of experience across industries, including state and federal government, non-profits, healthcare, real estate, small businesses, and public accounting. This diverse background has honed his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with strategic precision.

One of Heath’s core professional passions is driving financial inclusion.
