Heath Huggins serves as the Senior Director of Finance at CSD SVF. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional, Heath has built a strong educational foundation, holding multiple advanced degrees: a Master of Financial Technology and Analytics from Wake Forest University, an MBA from Appalachian State University, a Master of Accountancy from Gardner-Webb University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University.

Heath brings a wealth of experience across industries, including state and federal government, non-profits, healthcare, real estate, small businesses, and public accounting. This diverse background has honed his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with strategic precision.

One of Heath’s core professional passions is driving financial inclusion. In his personal time, Heath enjoys golfing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and spending time on the lake. He values time with family and is dedicated to building relationships, businesses, and a culture of learning. Heath lives in Morganton, NC, with his wife, daughter, son, and their Goldendoodle.
